Returns & Exchanges

Not working for you? We understand,  sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. You may return or exchange your item within 14 business days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for items that are new, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Any item that arrives in a condition different from the above without prior authorization,  will be reviewed by our receiving team. If the item is not acceptable, it will be sent back to the customer.

We love furry friends, but pet hair can damage fabrics. Items returned with pet hair will incur a $10 restocking fee.

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, all waist beads and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non‑returnable. All approved returns are eligible for store credit only (no refunds).

Return Shipping

To ensure a smooth process, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. You may choose to exchange your item for a different size or color free of charge.

Please package your items securely and use a shipping method with tracking. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Keep your receipt as proof of shipment — Afro‑Luk cannot be held responsible for missing returns.

All custom duties must be paid by the customer before we can accept the package.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days using the payment method from your original order.

Please read our full Return Policy carefully. After submitting your return request, our team will contact you with next steps. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions.

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests for older orders cannot be processed.
